When not immersed in the world of visual art, Alexandra thrives as a solo musician, known by her own name, ALX PRATT. After honing her abilities in the music scene of San Diego, she unveiled her first EP titled O.D.A.T. (One Day at a Time). Her music delves into the intricate and diverse range of emotions, painted with a vivid tapestry of colors.
Driven to manifest her vision, Alexandra delved into music programming using Ableton, ultimately partnering with local producer Brent Barstow to elevate her compositions to new heights. Together, they crafted transformative tracks that underscore Alexandra's unwavering dedication to her craft, leaving an indelible mark on the vibrant creative landscape she calls home.
Before striking out on her own, she honed her musical talents as a drummer and keyboardist in several notable San Diego bands, including Mermaind, The Very, Wild Wild Wets, Marco Polo, and Soft Lions. Remarkably, she taught herself to play the keys so she could focus on singing and performing.
